Organize Recipients & Campaigns with Groups
With Groups, you can create clusters of recipients with just a few clicks. Here's how it works.
Use Campaign Templates to eliminate extra clicks and streamline your campaign building process.
If you find yourself gravitating toward the same local business selections for your campaigns, you can now use Campaign Templates to eliminate extra clicks and streamline your campaign building process.
Using this tool, you can turn your most-used campaign details into a template that can quickly be added to any campaign.
Here’s how it works: from your dashboard, select Templates from our left menu. You’ll see a button in the top right corner to Build template. Tap that button and you’ll be dropped into a familiar campaign builder flow.
As usual, select an eGift card amount (or add a custom option). In the next step you’ll be able to select the local businesses for your recipients to choose from. Don’t forget to add a Template Name in the top right corner before you save.
To use your template, go back to the main Templates screen, select Saved Templates, and you’ll see any that you’ve already created. Tap the button in the corner of that template, and select Apply to a New Campaign. You’ll be dropped back into the campaign builder, but this time you won’t have to make any selections—you’ll simply add recipients, add campaign terms (optional), review the details, and send.
The best part? You can use Campaign Templates to boost and tweak your touchpoint management strategy. Use campaign results to build or edit campaigns, to create A/B tests, and to track what’s most successful.
