Streamline Campaigns with Google Calendar

Want to guarantee successful sends lead to booked meetings? Meet our new Google Calendar integration.

When you send an eGift card offer to a prospect in hopes of booking a meeting, you can now add your calendar to the redemption process.

The process only takes a few seconds: when you navigate to your dashboard, select Integrations from our sidebar menu, then follow the steps to connect your Google Calendar.

Once that’s done, you’ll create a campaign the same way, adding recipients, indicating a gift card amount, selecting local businesses for recipients to choose from, and deciding on a delivery method.

Then you’ll see an option to Set Campaign Terms—this allows you require your recipient to accept a calendar invite as part of their redemption process. This means that in order to receive their eGift card, they will have to book and accept a meeting with you via your Google Calendar.

When you check the box next to Google Calendar, you can add a Meeting Title and Meeting Description so your recipient knows exactly what you’ll be discussing. Plus, you can control how the meeting shows up on both of your calendars.

Not only does this eliminate the need to email back and forth to find a time, but it also ensures that your recipient is able to accept the offer and confirm their availability in one motion—it’s seamless and simple for everyone.

Want to integrate your Outlook Calendar too? Head to our tutorial on that integration, available now.
