When do I pay for eGift cards that I send?

You are not charged for a gift card until after your recipient has claimed it. We’ve designed Bold Xchange this way to save you money. If they don’t redeem your offer, don’t worry about it. 

How do I pay for eGift cards that are redeemed?

Every Bold Xchange user has a credit or debit card on file. Once your recipient redeems their gift card, we simply charge your card on file and share an invoice for your records and expense reporting.
