Book Meetings Faster with Outlook

Interested in syncing your Outlook Calendar with your Bold Xchange eGift campaigns? Good news: the integration you need is here.

We can all agree that finding a time that works for everyone is probably the most annoying part of booking a meeting—especially when two busy people are trying to connect.

Eliminate the need to email back and forth—in just a few clicks, you’ll be able to add meeting confirmation to the eGift card redemption process.

Here’s how it works: after navigating to your Bold Xchange dashboard, you’ll select Integrations from the sidebar menu. Then you’ll tap Connect to Office365 and follow the instructions to sync Bold Xchange with your Outlook Calendar.

Then, you’ll go back to creating eGift campaigns as usual: add recipients, indicate an eGift card amount, select local businesses for recipients to choose from, and decide on a delivery method.

In the final step before confirmation, you’ll be able to Set Campaign Terms. Simply check a box to require recipients to select a time and accept an Outlook Calendar invite before redeeming their eGift offer. You can add a Meeting Title and Meeting Description so you know exactly how the meeting will be displayed on both your calendars.

It’s that simple! One-time sync with Office365, one extra click during the campaign creation process, and your recipients will be able to confirm a meeting and redeem their eGift card in one fell swoop.
