We’re no strangers to prospecting tools that limit the number of gifts and messages you can send, or even worse, make you pay for each send up front. At Bold Xchange, your annual or monthly fee allows you send as many gift cards as you’d like, and you only pay for them when they’re redeemed.

How It Works

Our dashboard gives you an at-a-glance look at your campaigns, including a snapshot of your stats: Open Rate, Click Rate, Redemption Rate, and Total Spend.

That last stat is important—beyond your monthly or annual subscription, your Total Spend tells you how much of your budget you’ve actually shelled out in gift cards. This makes it easier for you to understand where your money is going and how successful your campaigns have been.

Redemption vs. Send

You might be thinking, what exactly counts as a redemption? That’s a good question.

The answer is pretty simple: a gift card is marked as “redeemed” when your recipient follows the link you’ve shared, accesses our site, and requests their gift card code (which they’ll receive within minutes).

This signals your recipient’s appreciation for and interest in the offer you’ve sent over. In our experience, this usually comes right before a meeting request.

Our goal is to help you maximize your time and budget to secure a higher volume of high-quality meetings. Send as many gift cards as you think you need in order to reach that goal. Only pay for the ones that recipients accept—the ones that help you deepen the connection.
