8 in 10 Would Take a Pay Cut For a Better Workplace Experience | UNLEASH       

Through its Work Relationship study, the tech giant HP surveyed 5,000 workers globally, finding that 8 in 10 would take a pay cut for a better experience—on average, employees were willing to take roughly a 10 percent pay cut.    

Kristen Ludgate, HP’s Chief People Officer, expanded on findings in an exclusive interview with UNLEASH's Allie Nawrat. HP's data raises concerns about work trends that are having a negative impact on employees' mental and physical health.
